Three situations, three answers. No fine print designed to make refunds hard.
If the report is not delivered within 24 hours of payment, we refund you in full automatically. You do not have to notice, ask, or write to us. You'll get an email telling you it happened.
Full refund within 30 days of delivery. You don't need a reason — read the report, decide it isn't for you, ask, done. Use the form below, or email seewhataisays@outlook.com with the word “refund”. We won't argue with you either way.
Write to that address rather than replying to your receipt. The receipt is sent by Creem, who process the payment, and a reply to it does not reach us.
Your report link keeps working after a refund. Taking it back would cost us nothing to do and gain us nothing — you already read it. The unused re-measures included with the report end with the refund; ones you had already used stay used.
One limit, and this is the only one on this page: this applies to one report per customer. If you've had a report refunded under this section and buy another, that one is covered by section 1 only. Each report costs us real money to produce, and we'd rather state this plainly than quietly make refunds difficult for everybody.
This should rarely become a refund, because the free pre-flight tries to fetch and read your site before you pay. If we can't get usable content out of it — the site is down, it blocks us, or every page is rendered by JavaScript with no HTML underneath — we say so on the pre-flight screen and you don't get to a checkout.
What the pre-flight can tell you is whether we can read your site. It can't tell you whether you'll find the finished report worth having; that is what section 2 is for. And a site that was readable at pre-flight can break before the run starts, which falls under case 1 and is refunded automatically.
Nothing else, within the windows above. After 30 days we consider the report delivered and used. If something has genuinely gone wrong and you're outside the window, write to us anyway — we'd rather sort it out than argue.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record and the seller of record for your purchase. Refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The charge appears on your statement as CREEM.IO, not as See What AI Says. That mismatch is the usual reason a charge looks unfamiliar, so we'd rather you knew now. If you see a line you don't recognise, it's us — write to seewhataisays@outlook.com before you dispute it with your bank. We can refund you the same day; a chargeback takes months and helps neither of us.
Refunds, disputes, anything on this page: seewhataisays@outlook.com. A person reads it. Quote your report ID or the email address you ordered with.
We'd like to use Google Analytics to count how many people read this page and how many go on to buy a report — nothing beyond that. It writes a cookie to your browser and sends your IP address to Google, so we have to ask first. Saying no changes nothing about how this site works for you. What it collects.
